10. Phone Number and Delivery Communications
    Your phone number is required to create and use an account because it is necessary to complete active deliveries. We use it to enable communication between the Customer, Merchant, and/or Driver assigned to an order, including pickup details, delivery access, delays, and other delivery-related updates.
    Your phone number is shared only with the relevant participants involved in your active order and is not used for marketing or advertising purposes without your separate consent. We retain phone numbers only as long as necessary to operate the Platform, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud.
